Acceptable use
This policy is part of the terms of service. It exists because a clip puts a real person's face into a performance they never gave.
Who may appear
- Yourself.
- Adults (18 or older) who have agreed to appear in this specific clip.
- Public figures, only as obvious parody or commentary — never in a way that suggests they endorse, sponsor or approve a product, cause or claim.
Never
- Anyone under 18, or a photo that includes a child alongside the adult.
- Anyone who has not agreed, including an ex-partner, a colleague, a student or a private individual used to mock or expose them.
- Sexual, violent, hateful or degrading content, or content that humiliates a named person.
- Content that claims a real person said, sang or did something they did not, presented as fact.
- Impersonation for fraud, scams, political disinformation or to bypass another platform's identity rules.
- Uploading someone else's copyrighted photo or a third party's recording. The soundtrack in your clip is generated by the model; you do not need to supply music.
Disclosure
Label the clip as AI-generated wherever you post it. Do not describe it as real footage, a real performance or a real recording.
How we enforce this
We may remove a clip, suspend an account or refuse service when this policy is broken, and we cooperate with valid legal requests. If someone appears in a clip without consent, they (or their representative) can email support@aitinydesk.run with the link; we acknowledge within 2 business days and remove content that breaks this policy.
