A render that fails costs nothing
If a render fails, the 4 credits go back to your balance automatically, usually within a minute. You can try again with a sharper photo. If the credits do not reappear, email us with the time and the email on your account.
An unused pack, within 14 days
If none of a pack's credits have been used, ask within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full to the original payment method. Consumers in the UK and the EU have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days; nothing in this policy limits it.
After a video has been made
Once you have used credits from a pack, that pack is final. This is because the render is bought and paid for with the model provider the moment it starts. If a clip is clearly broken — the wrong face, a missing person, no sound — tell us within 7 days and we will look at it and, where the render is at fault, return the credits.
How to ask
Email support@aitinydesk.run from the address on your account, with the order id from your receipt if you have it. We reply within 5 business days and pay approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds go back to the method you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show it.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback freezes the account while it is investigated, and we can usually settle the question faster by email.
