Terms of service

Last updated 30 October 2026 · applies to aitinydesk.run

By using AI Tiny Desk you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

The service

You upload one photo per person, choose which seats to fill, and we ask an AI video model to render a vertical clip. The result is synthetic: it is not footage of anyone performing, and it will not be a perfect likeness.

AI output and disclosure

Outputs are generated, can be wrong, and can look uncanny. Label them as AI-generated wherever you post them. Do not present a clip as evidence that anyone really sang, performed or said anything.

Trademarks, parody and takedowns

AI Tiny Desk is an independent parody tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NPR, its Tiny Desk concert series, or any artist. “Tiny Desk” is a trademark of NPR. If you believe a clip on this service infringes your rights or misuses your likeness, email support@aitinydesk.run with the link; we acknowledge within 2 business days and act on valid requests.

Acceptable use

The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. Breaking it can end your access without refund, where the law allows.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The model provider's queue can be slow or unavailable; when a render fails, credits are returned. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the pack that claim relates to. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced on the site. These terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
